1. Preheat your heat press to 280–300°F (155–160°C).
2. Position the transfer on the garment.
3. Apply medium pressure for 9–13 seconds.
4. Allow the transfer to cool for approximately 10 seconds.
5. Carefully peel away the transfer film.
6. Cover the artwork with parchment paper or a finishing sheet and press again briefly for improved durability.
