What exactly is an Upload DTF Gang Sheet and how can it save me money?

An Upload DTF Gang Sheet lets you print several designs together on one transfer film, which means less wasted material and time. Instead of printing each design separately, you group them, making the process more efficient and cost-effective—perfect for saving money on your apparel projects.

I'm new to DTF printing. How easy is it to upload my designs for these gang sheets on your website?

Uploading your designs is straightforward. You just choose your preferred sheet size, upload your artwork files directly through our website, arrange them as needed, and place your order. Our platform guides you step-by-step, and our team is ready to help if you have questions, making it beginner-friendly.

Can I print both small batches and large orders using the Upload DTF Gang Sheet option?

Absolutely! Whether you're printing a few pieces or bulk orders, gang sheets work well for all sizes. They help reduce setup time and cost per print, so you get vibrant, detailed results efficiently, no matter your production scale.

What sizes are available for the gang sheets, and how do I choose the right one?

We offer gang sheets ranging from 22x5 inches up to 22x1000 inches. To pick the right size, consider how many designs you want to combine and the apparel sizes. Larger sheets mean you can fit more graphics at once, saving you even more on materials and time.

How fast can I expect my Upload DTF Gang Sheet order to be processed and shipped?

We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times. Once you upload your designs and place an order, we perform quality checks and start processing promptly. Most orders ship quickly to ensure you get your prints fast, keeping your projects on schedule.

What is a gang sheet?

A gang sheet is a single 22-inch wide transfer film sheet that holds multiple designs packed together. Instead of ordering each design separately, you fill one sheet with every graphic you need. You cut the transfers apart after printing and apply them individually.

Why should I use a gang sheet instead of ordering individual transfers?

Gang sheets are significantly more cost-effective per design. A 22x150 inch sheet costs $70.00 and holds 30 standard front chest prints. Ordering those same 30 prints individually at $5.50 each would cost $165.00. The more you pack on a sheet, the lower your cost per transfer.

How do I build a gang sheet?

Two options: DTF Gang Sheet Builder lets you build your layout online by uploading individual designs and arranging them on a virtual sheet with no design software needed. Upload DTF Gang Sheets lets you upload a print-ready file directly at 300 DPI on a 22-inch wide canvas.

How are gang sheets priced?

Gang sheets are priced by length. All sheets are 22 inches wide. A 22x30 sheet is $15.00. A 22x100 sheet is $48.00. A 22x200 sheet is $90.00. Full pricing is listed on the gang sheet product page.

What surfaces do UV DTF transfers work on?

UV DTF transfers are designed for hard surfaces including stainless steel tumblers, ceramic mugs, glass, wood, acrylic, and metal. They are not designed for fabric. For t-shirts and apparel, use standard DTF transfers.
