Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy Last Updated: March 7, 2026

At DTF Jersey, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. You have 45 days from the delivery date to report an issue and request a return or replacement under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • Custom Products (DTF Transfers, Custom Apparel, etc.): Because these are made to order, sales are final. We do not refund or replace for a change of mind or incorrect sizing. However, we offer free replacements for our errors (e.g., manufacturing defects, poor print quality, adhesion issues, or shipping damage).
  •  Blank & Non-Custom Apparel: Can be returned for a refund only if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Reporting

  • Visible Damage or Missing Items: Email us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Print Quality or Adhesion Issues: Email us within 45 days of delivery.

3. Process

1. Email Us: Send your order number and clear photos of the issue to info@dtfjersey.com.
2. Get Authorization: We typically reply within 24 hours. Please do not send items back without approval. (Note: Defective custom items rarely need to be returned).
3. Resolution: Approved replacements are processed within 24 hours. Refunds take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

4. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Our Error (Defects/Damage): We cover all return shipping and replacement costs.
  • Your Choice (Blank Apparel): You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% fee applies to returns involving 100 or more blank apparel units.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we start processing quickly, orders cannot be canceled once production begins. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately.
